Returns and Exchanges

Nearly every piece we make and sell is unique and handmade, as such, sometimes your order may or may not be your cup of tea as it arrives.  We sincerely hope that you’re as excited about your purchase as we are, but if for some reason it may not work for you, we accept exchanges and returns on many items. Custom items or items labeled as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange. 


All returned items should be in new and unworn condition unless there is a maker’s defect. Returns should be made by mail with tracking. Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued once the item being returned has been received.

Exchanges can be made by email or by placing another order and letting us know in the notes at checkout. The item being exchanged should be returned by mail with tracking and the new item will be sent out as soon as we receive the first. Refunds and price adjustments are given as needed.
